I. 2.6 trillion dollars is the estimated cost that the Heritage Foundation says will be required to cover the retirement benefits of 12 million illegal aliens if this amnesty legislation becomes law.

II. Borders do not have to be secure before this amnesty program begins.

III. Gang members will be eligible for amnesty if they will be so kind as to renounce their gang status.

IV. Illegal aliens would be given legal status one day after their application is filed even if a background check is not completed within the required 24 hours.

V. Taxpayers will be paying for immigration attorneys for illegal aliens if they're working in agriculture.
